Client data, configurations, and operational content remain the property of the client. Dragonlight International reserves the right to decline or discontinue engagements at its discretion. Dragonlight International collects only the information necessary to deliver consulting services and process payments. Client operational data is treated as confidential and is never used for training, resold, or shared with third parties. Consulting engagements follow the terms outlined in the individual engagement agreement. Phase-based implementations are billed per phase. Completed phases are non-refundable. Uncommenced phases may be cancelled with written notice. Ongoing retainer agreements may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Deposits for future engagements are refundable within 14 days of payment if services have not yet begun.
